A recruitment firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Human Resources Business Partner Fort Worth.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing HR policy guidance and interpretation
- Consulting with front line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate
- Analyzing trends and metrics in partnership with the HR team to develop solutions
Qualifications for this position include:
- Working from home, but traveling to sites on an as needed basis
- 1-2 years' experience as an HR Generalist
- Bachelor' s degree in Human Resources or 5 years' experience in human resources field
- Knowledge of Federal, State and local employment laws
- Strong recruiting experience
- Strong employee relations experience
