Job Summary

An assisted living and memory care facility is seeking a Remote Human Resources Business Partner in Addison.

Must be able to:

  • Manage policy administration
  • Provide radical customer support
  • Coordinate records and data management

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business
  • Or related field and minimum of two years' experience in Human Resources
  • Or a minimum of five years of experience in Human Resources in lieu of degree
  • Knowledge of state and federal requirements and regulations
  • Good working knowledge of FMLA and ADA
