A child-care provider has an open position for a Remote Human Resources Business Partner in Bellevue.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing human resources expertise and advice to operational leadership.
- Ensuring fair and equitable practices with employees
- Responding to employee complaints and inquiries and EEO complaints
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Travel is required to attend regional meetings and to travel to centers
- 2+ years of proven HR experience
- Must be analytical
- Problem solving, diplomacy and good judgment in considering the impact of decisions
- Experience and/or ability to work with diverse teams
