An e-learning company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Human Resources Business Partner in Denver.
Must be able to:
- Partner with employees and management in the assigned client groups to provide guidance
- Act as employee champion and assesses and anticipates HR-related needs
- Analyze data trends and metrics to drive informed talent management decisions
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Two (2) years of HR Generalist experience
- Skilled at goal setting, coaching, performance evaluation active listening feedback
- Proficient MS365
- Ability to plan, organize and prioritize projects
