Job Summary
A media and marketing solutions company is filling a position for a Remote Human Resources Business Partner in El Paso.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Partnering with HR Manager to provide HR services
- Partnering with the HR colleagues to provide strategic and tactical day-to-day HR support
- Utilizing data driven metrics to make recommendations
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Human Resources or equivalent
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience as an HR business partner
- Broad knowledge of human resources practices, applicable laws, employee engagement and retention, etc
