A staffing agency is seeking a Remote Human Resources Business Partner in Greenfield.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Ensuring that new team members complete the onboarding process
- Ensuring that all new employee information is entered accurately in HRIS system
- Overseeing criminal history and MVR verifications on all new employees
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Traveling onsite as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or 5 years’ experience in human resources field
- 1-2 years’ experience as an HR Generalist
- Knowledge of Federal, State and local employment laws
- Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, HRIS and ATS
- Must meet all other listed company requirements
