Job Summary

A staffing and recruitment firm is filling a position for a Remote Human Resources Business Partner in Houston.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Conducting weekly meetings with assigned area leaders to discuss HR services
• Consulting with front line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate
• Maintaining in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees

Qualifications for this position include:

• Traveling to sites on an as needed basis is required
• Bachelor’ s degree in Human Resources OR 5 years’ experience in human resources field
• 1-2 years’ experience as an HR Generalist
• Knowledge of Federal, State and local employment laws
• Strong employee relations experience
• Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, HRIS and ATS
