A financial services firm has an open position for a Remote Human Resources Business Partner.
Must be able to:
- Develop and execute broad strategies and solutions in partnership with the business area
- Understand the firm, HR and business strategy
- Identify the people implications for specific teams and processes
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Minimum 8-10 years of equivalent work experience
- Strong understanding of core HR processes and practices
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills to diagnose issues and opportunities
- Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships and networks in both an in-person and virtual environment
- Demonstrated executive facilitation and alignment
- Strong organizational and project management and presentation skills
