A Healthcare company is in need of a Remote Human Resources Business Partner in San Mateo.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Coaching and supporting first-line and early stage managers
- Partnering with recruiting and hiring managers on final candidate selection
- Creating and maintaining documentation of HR policies and processes
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Undergraduate degree in HR-relevant field
- 3-7 years of HR experience including expertise in Learning & Development and Employee Relations
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, leading from the front
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Technologically savvy, including Google Suite and MS Office
