• Working closely with senior leadership to define and execute business strategies
• Bringing an objective perspective in managing business problems
• Modeling strong partnerships with other enabling functions throughout the company to help leaders run the business

Qualifications Include:

• A broad base of human resources experience is a must
• Proactive collaboration within the HR team and demonstrated ability to impact and influence leaders
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions, from due diligence through integration planning and execution
• Operating experience within a complex, changing environment
• In-depth experience operating within and leading cross-functional teams
