Job Summary

A health insurance and wellness company is filling a position for a Remote Human Resources Business Partner Lead.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing leadership to drive a high-performance team-based culture
  • Facilitating leadership development and key talent retention efforts
  • Advising executives to develop functional strategies on matters of significance

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 5 years’ of progressive and strategic HR experience within multiple HR disciplines
  • Previous experience in a business aligned HR partner/consultant role
  • Previous experience in a Healthcare organization or specialty
  • Previous experience working with analytic, technical, product and/or production organizations
