Must be able to:

• Ensure conduct embodies the principles of fairness, integrity, security, and honesty
• Participate in compensation projects such as market adjustments, reorganizations, and pay equity
• Interpret and communicate compensation policies to maintain understanding and application

Required Skills:

• Able to maintain electronic files and required documentation within retention requirements
• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience in compensation and classification; OR
• 8 years of experience in compensation and classification
