  • Interpret and communicate compensation policies to maintain understanding and application

Required Skills:

  • Able to maintain electronic files and required documentation within retention requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience in compensation and classification; OR
  • 8 years of experience in compensation and classification
