Job Summary

A mortgage lender and financer has a current position open for a Remote Human Resources Compensation and Total Rewards Vice President.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Participating in developing department and individual staff goals and objectives
  • Ensuring that compensation functions are appropriately staffed and that cross training and processes are documented
  • Delegating assignments as appropriate

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of related experience
  • Human resources experience
  • Demonstrated experience with MS Office products
  • 7+ years human resources compensation experience
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of customer service and intrapersonal best practices
  • Demonstrated experience developing compensation philosophies, job documentation, market analysis, and program design
