Job Summary
An online marketplace for students and tutors has an open position for a Remote Human Resources Compliance and Immigration Program Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage immigration related inquiries - including those from hiring managers, candidates and employees
- Coordinate and administer activities related to our current and future compliance training programs
- Lead the development and maintenance of a company-wide compliance calendar
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of related education and experience
- 5+ years experience with global company compliance
- 5+ years experience in company policy development
- 5+ years of experience in global employment-based immigration
- Experience managing business processes and workflows
- Program Management experience
