Job Summary

A multi-national insurance company is in need of a Remote Human Resources Consultant in Mayfield Village.

Must be able to:

• Play a critical role in shaping CL Claims work environment, people development and employee experience initiatives
• Support inclusivity for all employees
• Support Claims organization

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of eight years related professional experience in human resources or project management
• Understands and applies knowledge and experience of HR procedures, principles and concept, along with federal and state regulations governing employment
• Ability to maintain highly confidential information
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to make decisions with limited subjective data and achieve outcomes with limited authority
