Job Summary
A financial management and accounting firm has an open position for a Remote Human Resources Consulting Business Partner.
Must be able to:
- Assist in outside investigations and respond to agency charges and claims
- Provide coaching to client managers and employees
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Two years of experience conducting employee relations investigations
- Three years of policy & procedure technical writing experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in human resources, organization development, finance/accounting or related field
