A financial management and accounting firm is filling a position for a Remote Human Resources Consulting Compensation Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Assessing jobs and their respective duties to determine classification
- Analyzing existing compensation practices and working with the Compensation Practice team
- Preparing and presenting summary reports of job analysis and compensation analysis information pursuant
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelors or better in Human Resource Administration or related field
- 2 years: Experience in human resources, data analytics, and/or employee compensation
- Tribal HR Professional
- SHRM Certified Pro
- Certified Comp Pro
