Job Summary
A clinical research and scientific testing supply company is in need of a Remote Human Resources Contingent Program Manager in Santa Clara.
Must be able to:
- Partner with Global Legal partners to stay current on external labor positioning
- Manage temporary staffing vendors functioning as point of contact
- Ensure current policy is reviewed and updated as needed
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelors, Master's Degree or University Degree or equivalent
- 8+ years' relevant and practical experience
- Demonstrated ability to partner with key stakeholders
- Knowledge of HR processes, policies and procedures
- Must be able to handle confidential information and issues effectively
- Project management knowledge and ability to interact with all levels of employees
