Job Summary
A patient-to-payment solutions company has an open position for a Human Resources Coordinator.
Must be able to:
- Responds to HR-related questions in a central HR email inbox
- Assist with onboarding new colleagues by completing necessary paperwork
- Manage unemployment filing responsibilities and coordinate processing of HR mail
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High school or GED
- At least 3 years of Human Resource administrative experience, including onboarding and records maintenance
- Experience using verbal and written communication to answer HR-related questions
- Ability to use discretion and confidentiality with proprietary information
- Ability to navigate between cross-functional teams as well as internal business partners
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, agile environment
