A financial and professional services firm is filling a position for a Remote Human Resources Coordinator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assist with back end onboarding
- Interpret background check results
- Maintain employee records
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Familiar with FLSA FMLA and other federal and state compliance regulations
- Strong analytical ability
- Problem solve using interpersonal relations and diplomacy
- Strong communication skills
- Computer literate with in-depth knowledge of MS Office
