Job Summary
An educational services provider is seeking a Remote Human Resources Coordinator.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Maintaining HR presence in office twice weekly to assist employees, scan/process mail and maintain office responsibilities
- Responding to inquiries for VOE’s and from government entities such as EDD
- Monitoring inventory levels for general office supplies and break room snacks/drinks (ordering/stocking)
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and/or professional experience
- Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures
- 2+ years related experience required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to empathize with the Swing Sub community
- Ability to establish and maintain professional communications and relationships with superiors, peers and coworkers
- G Suite and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) experience required
