Job Summary
An artificial intelligence technology company is filling a position for a Remote Human Resources Coordinator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Support the employee life cycle
- Own processes and practices around onboarding
- Manage onboarding and offboarding experiences for employees
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience
- 1 to 2 years of experience as a Human Resources Coordinator, Intern or Assistant
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and related software
- Working knowledge of human resources principles, practices, and procedures
- Strong Excel skills with the knowledge of formulas, pivot tables and more
- Ability to quickly learn payroll systems, human resource management (HCM) systems
