Job Summary

An artificial intelligence technology company is filling a position for a Remote Human Resources Coordinator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Support the employee life cycle
  • Own processes and practices around onboarding
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding experiences for employees

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience
  • 1 to 2 years of experience as a Human Resources Coordinator, Intern or Assistant
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and related software
  • Working knowledge of human resources principles, practices, and procedures
  • Strong Excel skills with the knowledge of formulas, pivot tables and more
  • Ability to quickly learn payroll systems, human resource management (HCM) systems
