A staffing and recruiting firm has an open position for a Remote Human Resources Data Analyst in Dallas.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Working with internal customers to gathers requirements for reports from business users
• Building Excel spreadsheets for HR data
• Recommending and developing methods to extend self-service reporting

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Four-year college degree
• Previous experience with HRIS data
• Strong computer knowledge and skills
• Ability to process requests quickly while maintaining accuracy
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability
