A non-profit Catholic healthcare system is filling a position for a Remote Human Resources Data Coordinator.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Receiving, validating, clarifying and approving system updates
- Managing all data input for HR caregiver files
- Managing certification and licensure documentation and related record keeping
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Minimum of one year high volume data management work experience
- Minimum of one year high touch customer service experience
- Minimum of one year proven task management
- Competent with I-9 form IRS processing guidelines
- Intermediate knowledge/use of Microsoft Office systems (Excel, Word, Outlook)
