Job Summary
A financial services firm has an open position for a Remote Human Resources Data Governance and Privacy Lead.
Must be able to:
- Collaborate with HR and enterprise teams to enable the highest levels of compliance with global privacy laws
- Develop, implement, and support the continued maturity of the Global HR Data Governance Program
- Assists in leading data retention, and records and information management efforts for the global HR business line
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience -
- Two to three years of experience in data governance activities
- Able to provide support around critical information and how it is used for business processing within the HR organization
