Job Summary
A college is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Human Resources Director.
Must be able to:
- Develop HR strategy to align with institutional goals and objectives
- Execute talent review process to identify key talent for institutional succession plan
- Drive performance management process ensuring goal alignment and ongoing feedback occurs
Position Requirements Include:
- Extensive knowledge and proficiency in effective Human Resources practice in large, complex organizations
- Talent acquisition; payroll and benefits administration; compensation and strategic planning for total rewards
- Employee relations; labor law compliance; ongoing professional development; and systematic performance management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
