Job Summary

A media company is filling a position for a Remote Human Resources Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Design, evaluate, analyze, and implement all Human Resources activities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to IT management through cross-departmental and global partnerships
  • Receive, process and respond to employee concerns and coordinate with appropriate stakeholders

Position Requirements Include:

  • 7+ years of experience
  • Experience supporting IT departments and/or deep experience and knowledge of HRIS systems
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Proven ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented business
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and ownership with focus on continuous improvement
