Job Summary
An insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Human Resources Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment
- Monitoring tardy and absenteeism reports
- Resolving employee conflicts and performance issues
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Leaders must be willing to travel, work all shifts, overtime, holidays and emergency shifts, as required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources or management
- 7+ years of professional HR experience, ideally from a services or sales-oriented business
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
