Job Summary
Anon-profit publishing company. has a current position open for a Remote Human Resources Director.
Must be able to:
- Manage onboarding and offboarding process for all employees and fellows
- Facilitate recruiting process in support of hiring managers
- Maintain employee personnel files, and help consolidate HR record-keeping systems
Skills and Requirements Include:
- BA/BS in a business field, or equivalent work experience
- At least five years of human resource management experience
- Strong understanding of the interview process, benefits administration, labor law, payroll, and other HR functions
- Demonstrated experience working with diverse teams
