Job Summary
An information technology and services company is in need of a Remote Human Resources Director.
Must be able to:
- Plan, lead, develop, coordinate, and implement policies
- Administer and oversee the administration of human resource programs
- Actively recruit to attract a diverse set of suitable candidates
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- At least five years of human resource management required
- Experience taking ownership and driving resolution on project work
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Proficiency or ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems
