Job Summary
An online retail company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Human Resources Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead engagement and early performance of our team members
- Be accountable for driving the HR strategy & vision
- Review and analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Have extensive experience in Human Resources and working cross functionally with all areas of HR
- Have a track record of strong HR business partnerships within a dynamic, fast paced, product and tech focused environment
- Have a history of strong cross-functional collaboration
- Have a deep understanding of translating the priorities of the business and integrating the HR value proposition and strategies
