Job Summary
A business technology solutions company has an open position for a Remote Human Resources Director.
Must be able to:
- Fulfill all reporting requirements of all relevant government/state rules and regulations
- Conduct research and analysis of organizational trends
- Monitor and ensure the organization's compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- At least 5-7 years of HR Generalist experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
- In lieu of a degree, 15 years of progressive HR experience
- At least five years of human resource management experience is required
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
