Job Summary
A healthcare company is seeking a Remote Human Resources Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing and developing a team of HR Generalists
- Developing, implementing, and communicating positive employee relations strategies and retention initiatives
- Creating and maintaining extensive analytical breakdown of HR output and ability to present data to executive leadership
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least five years of human resource management experience
- Multi-state expereince
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
