A human resource consulting company has a current position open for a Remote Human Resources Director in Portland.
Must be able to:
- Oversee talent management
- Ensure that the leadership team is up-to-date on key HR compliance issues
- Oversee compensation and benefit programs and salary administration
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources or equivalent
- 8 or more years of professional leadership experience in all aspects of the human resources function
- Experience managing, coaching and developing staff to meet performance expectations
- Current knowledge/understanding of HR regulations, industry trends, current practices, & new developments
- Ability to develop and implement HR programs and tools that align with organization mission
- Proficiency in business and human resources related computer applications
