An affiliate marketu has an open position for a Remote Human Resources Director in Sarasota.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Digital Onboarding of all new hires
- Performing HR administrative tasks
- Assisting with maintaining current information on the company intranet
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5 yrs plus years experience in the HR field with generalist responsibilities
- Excellent team skills with the ability to create effective relationships with peers, partners and leadership
- Someone who has a can-do and proactive attitude and approach, adaptability and willingness to learn new things
- Strong attention to details is a core skill
- Able to work constructively under pressure in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment with constantly changing priorities
