Job Summary

A health insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Human Resources Employee Relations Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Defining and/or refining stakeholder engagement models to educate and improve on risk mitigation
  • Assessing, developing and deploying a vision and roadmap to support effective employee relations across the enterprise
  • Collaborating with relevant stakeholders to develop a strategic and solutions-focused approach

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years commensurate experience
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources
  • 5+ years experience leading a team
  • Experience demonstrating effective consultation and influencing skills
  • Ability to function as a change agent, act with discretion and maintain professional demeanor at all times
  • Knowledge of employment laws, EEOC Requirements ,STD/FMLA, Reasonable Accommodation, FLSA/wage-hour laws, etc
