Job Summary

A physician group and practice management company has a current position open for a Remote Human Resources Employee Relations Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Conducting thorough workplace investigations following best practice including appropriate documentation in the system of record
  • Providing counsel and recommendations on employee relations issues
  • Responding to employee relations issues in a timely manner communicating with Group HR Director and Group leadership as needed

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • The ability to communicate and interact with executives across an organization
  • The ability to mentor and guide leaders with HR policies and procedures
  • The ability to analyze problems systematically and logically, and being resourceful when developing and implementing solutions
  • The ability to make good decisions based upon a mixture of analysis, wisdom, experience, and judgement
  • The ability to regularly reassesses priorities and competing demands and adjusts allocation of own, and staff, time, and resources
  • Having an articulate and clear communication style, both written and verbal
