Job Summary
A physician group and practice management company has a current position open for a Remote Human Resources Employee Relations Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting thorough workplace investigations following best practice including appropriate documentation in the system of record
- Providing counsel and recommendations on employee relations issues
- Responding to employee relations issues in a timely manner communicating with Group HR Director and Group leadership as needed

- The ability to communicate and interact with executives across an organization
- The ability to mentor and guide leaders with HR policies and procedures
- The ability to analyze problems systematically and logically, and being resourceful when developing and implementing solutions
- The ability to make good decisions based upon a mixture of analysis, wisdom, experience, and judgement
- The ability to regularly reassesses priorities and competing demands and adjusts allocation of own, and staff, time, and resources
- Having an articulate and clear communication style, both written and verbal
