Job Summary
A commercial and residential plumbing supply company is filling a position for a Remote Human Resources Employment Practices Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing mentorship and support to managers for associate performance management
- Evaluating and assisting managers with requests for associate accommodations
- Providing mentorship and support on associate related issues
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in the field of Human Resource Management, Employee Relations
- 5 -7+ years of experience in employee relations
- Experience in management of HR and/or employee relations functions
- Experience driving and leading employment practices processes in a large, diverse enterprise
- Experience with using analytics and reporting as a tool for employment practices measurements
