Job Summary
A scientific research company is filling a position for a Remote Human Resources Executive Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing and implementing HR policies, programs and practices
- Recruiting top talent to execute company growth strategy
- Ensuring onboarding SOPs are established and executed
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 7+ years in HR roles of increasing responsibility
- At least 3+ years managing or leading an HR Operations function
- Demonstrated knowledge of and experience using HRIS systems
- Compensation and benefits administration experience
- Familiarity with human resources law, regulations, practice and theory
