Job Summary

A scientific research company is filling a position for a Remote Human Resources Executive Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Developing and implementing HR policies, programs and practices
• Recruiting top talent to execute company growth strategy
• Ensuring onboarding SOPs are established and executed

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 7+ years in HR roles of increasing responsibility
• At least 3+ years managing or leading an HR Operations function
• Demonstrated knowledge of and experience using HRIS systems
• Compensation and benefits administration experience
• Familiarity with human resources law, regulations, practice and theory
