Remote Human Resources Generalist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Human Resources Generalist (Pacific Time Zone).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide primary support to the HR Director and administer core HR services
• Coordinate Onboarding and Offboarding procedures and manage Leave of Absence requests
• Communicate company policies, support employee performance evaluations, and ensure compliance with laws

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree in human resources preferred or equivalent experience required
• Three years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a high-volume environment
• Experience supporting non-exempt personnel and knowledge of employee relations
• Certification such as SHRM-CP/PHR or willingness to obtain is preferred
• Experience with UKG and SAP SuccessFactors preferred
