Job Summary

A manufacturer of tile and natural stone needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Human Resources Generalist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Providing assistance and guidance on resolving employee relations issues
• Applying and interpreting policies and procedures to basic and complex employment issues
• Providing direction to managers regarding disciplinary actions, terminations, and handling serious policy violations

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related area
• Working knowledge of laws, regulations, practices and procedures in HR
• 1+ years of HR Generalist experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills at all levels of the organization
• Ability to handle conflict resolution
• Must be able to analyze and interpret data and develop and relate ideas
