An information technology services firm has an open position for a Remote Human Resources Generalist in Dallas.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Assisting in developing and executing personnel procedures and policies
• Providing guidance and interpretation for business operations
• Participating in the development of HR objectives and systems

Position Requirements Include:

• Less than 10% travel required
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field
• Proven experience working in an HR department
• Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, HRIS systems, and comfortable learning new technology
• High attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
