A YouTube search tool is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Human Resources Generalist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Helping source and recruit
- Managing team member career lifecycle
- Maintaining administrative tasks with team
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Flexibility to travel internationally (Once or twice per year)
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources
- 5-7 years of Human Resources Experience
- Outstanding attention to detail, people skills, emotional intelligence and cultural knowledge
- Superb computer literacy with capability in email, Google Docs, Microsoft Office
- Exceptional speaking, written and communication skills in English
