An information technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Human Resources Generalist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Implementing human resources programs
• Managing employee onboarding and off boarding
• Tracking all mandatory and non-mandatory training

Qualifications Include:

• 2+ years proven work experience as an HR Generalist
• Excellent knowledge of employment/labor laws
• HR certifications/trainings
• Solid understanding of state registration and compliance for payroll taxes
• Comfortable working with internal and/or external legal teams
• Superior knowledge of MS Office, HRIS systems, and ATS systems
