A health and wellness technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Human Resources Generalist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop and implement talent planning and acquisition strategies
- Administer employee benefits, including enrollments, changes and terminiations
- Respond to employee requests and inquiries
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 1-2 years of experience as a manager within People Operations, HR, Recruitment or related field
- Experience working with a distributed, remote, international workforce
- Demonstrated project management skills and a track record of success
- Proven expertise in analyzing people-centric data and building data-driven action plans
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations
