Job Summary
A provider of higher education needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Human Resources Generalist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve tier one employee relations issues
- Consult with management, providing HR guidance when appropriate
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Considerable knowledge of principles and practices of human resources
- Outstanding presentation skills and the ability to present information to groups of varying sizes and backgrounds
- Superior relationship-building, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- 3 years’ human resources experience required working in an exempt level position
- Experience managing moderate personnel issues
