Remote Human Resources Generalist

Job Summary

A company building the future of privacy and security is in need of a Remote Human Resources Generalist.

Must be able to:

• Manage the entire employee lifecycle
• Process and maintain accurate employee records and data changes, using our various HR systems
• Conduct benefit orientation and coordination of benefits enrollment through Justworks

Qualifications Include:

• 3 + years of progressive experience in Human Resources
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resource Management or related field
• Working knowledge and experience in multiple HR functions and procedures
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• High emotional intelligence and maturity
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
