Job Summary

A company that provides management training and coaching is filling a position for a Remote Human Resources Generalist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Process qualifying life event changes to employees’ benefits
• Provide a welcoming experience for new employees so they feel valued, cared for, and a burgeoning sense of belonging
• Track, manage, and delegate processes for general employment changes and personal changes
