Job Summary
A company that provides back office and cloud-based accounting and payroll solutions is in need of a Remote Human Resources Generalist Consultant.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide HR support to assigned clients
- Conduct new hire orientations on behalf of clients
- Act as a trusted advisor, partner, and coach to clients
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel to an annual in-person company-wide meeting
- 5+ years experience as an HR generalist
- HR certification or qualifications to obtain certification
- Working knowledge of payroll, compensation, and benefits
- Working knowledge of California, Washington and Oregon employment practices
- Familiar with Zenefits, Gusto, and/or other HRIS
