A non-profit organization has an open position for a Remote Human Resources Generalist in Brooklyn.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Providing timely and thoughtful support to employees in response to daily HR inquiries
• Helping craft and deliver HR communications
• Responding and providing employment verification as needed

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Four years of human resources, employee relation experience
• Extensive and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other business intelligence reporting tools
• Excellent computer skills in Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
• Excellent written communication skills
• Some proficiency with mathematical formulas and budgets
• Experience with an HRIS, preferably Paycom
